About Mark Grey

Mark Grey is an experienced chair, non-executive director, and former Chief Executive with over 35 years of leadership experience across brand and marketing communications, hospitals and healthcare and disability and social services.

Mark has lived experience of vision loss due to a brain tumour which has left him without the left side of his vision.

Mark held senior roles including CEO of major marketing services groups such as Batey/Asia and Clemenger BBDO and has managed large-scale hospital operations including as CEO of the Queensland Eye Hospital and Chair of Victoria Parade Surgery Centre in Melbourne.

Mark has chaired numerous boards and committees including audit and risk, nominations and remuneration, and marketing and promotions, and has worked extensively in the not-for-profit sector, particularly with organisations supporting people with disabilities and vulnerable communities. His current board roles include the Australian Society of Ophthalmologists, The Public Trustee, St Giles, and GPRA.
